Consent for Media Use and Release of Liability
- Media Consent: By entering a US Aircraft Expo (“USAE”) event, attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed, recorded, or interviewed, and they consent to such activities. The resulting materials, including images, audio, and video recordings, may be used for various purposes such as news, webcasts, promotions, advertising, and inclusion on websites and social media.
- Release from Liability: Attendees release USAE, its officers, employees, and related personnel from all liability associated with the creation, use, and publication of media materials.
- Waiver of Rights: Attendees waive any rights to royalties or other compensation arising from the use of these materials. They also waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.
Assumption of Risks and Responsibility
- Acknowledgment of Risks: Attendees acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to, exposure to communicable diseases (such as COVID-19), personal injury, or death.
- Personal Responsibility: Attendees accept personal responsibility for their decision to attend the event, fully understanding the potential risks and hazards.
Vendor and Manufacturer Participation
- Variability by Location: Attendees understand and acknowledge that vendor and manufacturer participation may vary by event location. The presence of specific vendors or manufacturers is not guaranteed at all event locations.
Event Cancellation
- Cancellation Possibility: Attendees acknowledge that the event is subject to cancellation due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. USAE reserves the right to cancel the event for safety concerns or as dictated by weather conditions.
- Communication of Cancellation: USAE will make every effort to communicate any cancellation to attendees promptly through various means, including but not limited to email notifications, social media updates, and announcements on the official USAE website.
- No Liability for Cancellation: USAE shall not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by attendees as a result of such cancellations.
Final Acknowledgment
By entering the event premises, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions, fully aware of their consent, waiver of liability, and the risks involved, as well as the variability of vendor and manufacturer participation, the possibility of event cancellation due to extreme weather or unforeseen, and USAE’s commitment to communicate any such cancellation effectively.
